What is Flowmail?
Flowmail is an AI-native business execution platform that sits on top of your email inbox. It automatically classifies incoming emails, extracts structured business data, and enables you to take action — all without leaving a single interface.
Core Concepts
- Smart Inbox — Your emails organized by business type: Approvals, Reports, Issues, and more
- Entities — Structured business items extracted from emails with full timeline tracking
- Actions — One-click operations: approve, reject, update status, assign, and follow up
- AI Pipeline — Automatic classification and data extraction with human-in-the-loop confirmation
Getting Started
- Create your account and set up your organization
- Connect your email (Gmail or Outlook) via secure OAuth
- Start processing emails — Flowmail's AI will classify and extract data automatically
- Review AI suggestions and take action
Scenarios
Approval Workflows
Turn approval request emails into trackable items. See who's asking, what they need, and when it's due. Approve or reject with a single click.
Report Tracking
Automatically extract progress updates from team reports. Track status changes over time and get alerted when risks are detected.
Architecture
Flowmail exposes two API layers for maximum flexibility:
- oRPC — Type-safe RPC for the web UI (used by the dashboard)
- MCP Server — Model Context Protocol for AI agent integration (used by Claude, GPT, Cursor, and other agents)
Both layers share the same core business logic, ensuring consistency across all interfaces.
